By purchasing a subscription, credits, or any paid feature of the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through ShadowMeet are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy.

Due to the nature of digital services, including immediate access to AI features, transcription, and credit-based usage, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used or credits have been allocated.

2. Subscription Plans

ShadowMeet may offer subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Growth, Power) that provide access to features and pricing tiers.

A. Billing

  • Subscriptions may be one-time or recurring, depending on the plan selected.
  • You will be charged at the time of purchase.

B. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your paid period.

C. Refunds for Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

3. Credits and Usage-Based Purchases

ShadowMeet uses a credit-based system for usage (e.g., minutes of transcription or AI processing).

A. Credit Purchases

  • Credits are purchased in advance and applied to your account.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

B. Expiry

  • Credits do not expire.

C. Partial Usage

If credits are partially used, the remaining balance cannot be converted into cash or refunded.

4. Exceptions and Refund Eligibility

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate or accidental charges;
  • billing errors caused by the Company;
  • technical failures that prevent access to paid features;
  • unauthorized transactions reported in a timely manner.

To be eligible for a refund under these exceptions:

  • you must contact us within 7 days of the charge; and
  • provide sufficient information to verify the issue.

Refunds approved under this section will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider:

  • we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account; and
  • restrict future access to the Services.

6. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay. Refund processing times and policies may be subject to the payment provider's procedures.

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment networks, banks, or third-party processors.

7. Free Trials and Promotions (If Applicable)

If we offer free trials or promotional credits:

  • they may be subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer;
  • unused promotional credits have no cash value; and
  • they are not eligible for refund or transfer.
